About the PGP Homeowner Association

Prairie Grass Preserve is a 90 home residential community comprised of 65 single-family and two-family lots developed by Carity Land Corporation. With over 30 acres of open space deeded to the Milwaukee Area Land Conservancy, Prairie Grass Preserve is helping to maintain one of the rarest prairie/savanna remnants in Wisconsin and the Great Lakes Region. This unique environment sets the stage for the prairie landscape theme which is continued at the entrance, in the cul-de-sacs, and by many of the homeowners. Prairie Grass Preserve provides a number of features for the nature lovers including winding walking trails, numerous ponds and vast open space to enjoy the surrounding prairie.

Residents enjoy all the benefits of being members of the City of Franklin, including a wonderful public library and excellent schools for our children including Country Dale Elementary (K-6), Forest Park Middle School (7-8) and Franklin High School 9-12.

The Prairie Grass Preserve Homeowners Association, comprised of all homeowners, was created for the purpose of managing and maintaining our development’s common areas. Led by an elected Board of Directors, their charter is homeowner architectural and landscape guidance plus entrance, cul-de-sacs and pond/storm water management & improvements.
